Turning Stuffed Peppers into Soup | Delicious Dish Tuesday

Thank you for joining us for another week of Delicious Dish Tuesday.  I haven’t posted the hop in a while due to being crazy busy with life.  Luckily Alesha and Mary are understanding friends!  Even though I haven’t been posting, I have been checking out all the great recipes linked up each week.  There have been some amazing recipes!

My favorite recipe shared last week is the Stuffed Pepper Soup shared by Coffee with Caitlin.  I really like stuffed peppers, but sometimes I feel like they would be better deconstructed as I usually just chop them up anyway.  I am totally going to try this recipe and love the idea of making them into a soup!
