Hi, my name is Amanda, and I am a stroller addict. Every time I see a new stroller I just have to have it. They come with so many different features and uses, I could own a dozen and each would still serve a special purpose!
To my husband’s extreme delight I recently donated two of our strollers. One was the travel system that was the stroller and infant carrier. It was a great stroller but really was meant to be used with the infant carrier so I wanted the mom receiving it to have the set. I also donated our single jogging stroller. As much as I set a *goal* to get back jogging, it hasn’t happened in years and if I do get back into it I will either do it without kids, or will need a double jogging stroller.
Much to my husband’s dismay, shortly after I donated those two strollers a new one arrived on the front porch from Kolcraft. The one style missing from my stroller collection is a basic umbrella stroller. The Jeep Cherokee Sport Stroller isn’t a totally basic umbrella stroller, but it is darn close with a few appreciated additions like the storage basket and parent tray.
The more we use this stroller the more we realize that it is so much more than an umbrella stroller. Yes, it is light weight, can be folded and unfolded with one hand, and stores easy, but it has a boat load of features!
o Perfect for traveling and day trips with a compact fold and lightweight design (only 11.8lbs)!
o Convenient one-hand and self-standing fold
o Large, easy-access storage basket holds all baby’s necessities
o Multi-position reclining seat keeps child comfortable
o Three-tier, extended canopy for maximum sun coverage and peek-a-boo window
o Parent tray with two drink holders and extra storage area
o Removable child tray with dual cup & juice box holder
o All-terrain wheels and front suspension for a smooth ride
o Adjustable 5-point safety harness
I have found this stroller to be a great option for both my 4 year old and 1 year old. They both fit comfortably in it with room to grow. I really appreciate that the seat can recline as they often fall asleep on long outings. And the large sun canopy is great to keep the sun out of their eyes while offering a peek-a-boo window to allow me to check in.
Overall this is a great stroller and at under $60 it is a must have!
