But for me it is just so hard!  I was definitely intrigued when I was approached to try the Quaker Breakfast Shakes.

Quaker has created a breakfast shake that is perfect for someone like me who just hates mornings but needs to eat!  It allows me to grab breakfast as I head out the door, which is better than skipping breakfast all together.

The Quaker Breakfast Shakes come in a four pack in three different flavors, chocolate, vanilla and strawberry.  I have tried both the chocolate and strawberry and loved them both.  They have a very rich flavor and only 200 calories in a 11.1 fl. oz bottle.  These shakes are made with Quaker Oats and blended with milk protein.  Each bottle contains 8g of whole grain and 10g of protein, a great way to start the morning.  I like my “shakes” a little thicker so I started pouring the shake into my Ninja single serve blender and adding some strawberries or other fruit at night.  Then in the morning, all I have to do is pulse it up and I have a great, tasty, and nutritious breakfast!
