Delicious Dish Tuesday | Vegetables You Learn to Love

Thanks for stopping by for another week of Delicious Dish Tuesday.  Each week we feature a great recipe that was linked up the past week, share a recipe of our own, and provide a linky where you can link up and hop over to check out other great recipes!

Last week Real Food Carolyn shared a great recipe for How to Make Sauerkraut.   I love love love sauerkraut but have never made it before.  My family is of German and Polish heritage and I love the stories that  my grandmother and great-aunt tell of making sauerkraut in a large vat in the basement growing up!  I can’t wait to make some for myself on a smaller scale.

Another great vegetable that I love to make {but many seem to hate} is Brussels Sprouts.  Of course, my favorite recipe calls for butter and bacon, but the vegetable still takes center stage in my Balsamic Glazed Brussels Sprouts.

Now it’s your turn!  What great recipe are you going to share this week?

If you are new to DDT, please see the original post which includes the rules for linking up.
