I don’t know about you, but I love movie night at home. The couch is more comfortable than those movie theater seats, you can pause if you have to go to the bathroom, the price is much cheaper, and best of all, you can make whatever snacks you want (beat that gross movie theater popcorn!).
Even though it is done at home, movie night snacks can still get out of control. I like having go-to recipes that are indulgent, yummy, but healthier than the average movie theater option. My microwave baked apples are TO DIE FOR! They are so easy to make and relatively healthy.
Last week Kacie from Live KV style shared her recipe for Cauliflower Popcorn. In response to a reader question she shared “I wouldn’t say it really tastes like popcorn… :/ But it is quite tasty in its own way!” I didn’t expect kale chips to actually taste like chips, but I love them. So I am excited to try this new “popcorn” recipe as a late night snack.
