Jemma Baby Blanket and Bath Product Review

Jemma Baby is a great Colorado company created and run by two moms ~ Mary and Angie.  Between them they have 5 kids.  The concept for the company and their amazingly soft blankets came from a conversation about that one “special item” that their kids couldn’t live without.  The common theme was the silky texture of either the blanket or stuffed animal.

The lovies sold by Jemma Baby are so soft and silky.  When we first got it, I just kept rubbing it on my cheek to feel the softness.  Pictures don’t do these justice, you have to feel them to truly appreciate them.   Each blanket is hand made from start to finish ~ from designing and printing the fabric to sewing, labeling and packaging.

The blankets are silky on one side with 100% baby silk polyester and have the most amazing bamboo fleece on the reverse.  We have washed our blanket a few times already and it is still as soft as when we first got it.  These blankets would make the perfect special item for any little one.

I was also sent a package of 6 Jemma Baby moisturizing Bath Bombs.  These bath bombs are formulated using skin loving mango butter, sunflower oil and cocoa butter…plus the “magic” part that adds some crackle and pop to the usual fizz.   Each of the adorably packaged eggs is lightly scented with a calming lavender musk and perfect for soothing the senses.

Kids and babies will love bath time with these pop & crackle fizzing bath bombs.  Just draw a bath, drop in a bomb and enjoy!

These bath bombs are recommended for babies 8 months and up.  At the end of my pregnancy I was taking a lot of baths to ease my sore bath.  I popped one of the bath bombs in and even though I am an adult, I found the pop and fizz to be super fun.  They also made the bath smell great and when I got out my skin was super soft!

Jemma Baby also makes a great balm that will be reviewed in the upcoming New Year, New Baby cloth diaper event so make sure to come back in March to check it out!
