So Sunday was the Super Bowl and the end of another football season. Did you watch? Did you care? I am a football fan, but once the Bronco’s lost, I kind of lost interest. I however love the Super Bowl as an excuse to make great finger food. We had oven fried buffalo wings, bacon and cheddar smashed potatoes, chips with an assortment of dip, and my Football Chili.
There is just something about football and chili that make them go well together and this is one of my favorite recipes.
Other great football feasts include tacos or burgers. Last week Kelley from Mommy Fever shared her recipe for Tortilla Burgers which combines the best of both worlds and would be a perfect main dish for any Super Bowl party!
