The past few weeks I have been working to eat healthier. Sure it is fun when pregnant to eat whatever I want and blame it on the baby, but losing the pregnancy weight was not real easy for me after my first so I am trying to keep my weight gain in check.
I love this recipe for Quinoa Burgers because it is easy to make, they are full of healthy protein, and they taste darn good!
I can’t wait to try the Spicy Black Eyed Pea Veggi Wrap that Tree from Mother of Pearl it Is shared last week. I have a bag of dried black eyed peas sitting around just waiting for a good recipe to become a part of. This one has their name all over it!!
