Welcome back to Delicious Dish Tuesday ~ a recipe hop all about delicious food! This week is full of potatoes at Coping with Frugality. I got a TON of potatoes when we went to the harvest festival a few weeks ago (I didn’t weigh them, but it is close I swear). It may sound crazy, but I am actually not a big potato fan. Maybe it has something to do with the consistency but I do not like mashed or baked potatoes (this is something totally foreign to my husband). However, if you make them crispy, I love potatoes!
It has taken me years (and the help of my mother in law) but I have finally perfected Scalloped Potatoes (at least according to my husband).
Last week Mimi from Woven with Words shared a recipe for Oven Parmesan Chips that looks heavenly. In fact, I might just make them tonight.
