When Natalia, the owner of MommyLicious Maternity, was pregnant with her second child she didn’t want to hide behind shapeless clothes and found it hard to find maternity clothes that fit her personality.  She decided that the solution was quite simply to create her own line of maternity and nursing clothing. MommyLicious Maternity now offers everything for expecting moms and new moms, from tops and bottoms, to dresses, sleepwear and active wear, including bathing suits.  She also carries a great selection of  plus size clothing.

At Mommylicious Maternity they design the most versatile and stylish maternity fashions giving you the most for your money!  I fell in love with the “Rock On Hip Maternity Top”!  This ultra stylish maternity top features a fitted stretch cut studded with funky headphones and music notes in Black & Silver.  It is made from yummy, ultra soft 95% Cotton 5% Spandex. This item will be a staple in your maternity clothing wardrobe and beyond.  You can wear it with a pair of stylish maternity jeans or the matching maternity yoga pants in their Active Wear section to complete the look!  The top also comes in black and in long sleeve or ribbed tank.

I really like this top.  It is so cute and fun.  My husband is already planning on how we are going to get Mike Patton to sign it when we go to the Tomahawk concert in Houston at the beginning of November!  We love music in our family and Monkey Girl loves to put on concerts for her baby brother/sister already.

The material is super soft but I would recommend getting it in a size or two larger than you would normally get.  I usually wear size medium but I got this one in a large.  There were no washing instructions on the tag so I washed it the way I was all t-shirts ~ cold wash/medium dry.  I don’t know if it shrunk because I did not try it on before I washed it, but it is quite tight (I hate posting non-flattering pictures, but the one below gives you the idea).  It is also quite see through so I would recommend wearing a tank top under it.

I think if I had gotten one size bigger it would fit better.  Nonetheless, it is super cute so I will still be wearing it all the time!

  1. I wish I could have had cooler clothes when I was pregnant… it gets so frustrating when you have nothing cute to wear everyday – I have to say I cried more then over my clothing then at any other time in my life

  2. Cute shirt! For some reason, everything seems to be shrinking on me lately, I’ve needed to air dry instead of using the dryer. Bummer! Anyway, thanks for the info, I am going to head over and see if they sell any nursing shirts.

  3. I purchased from this site over six months ago and have not received my order. I’ve emailed and called many times. Does anyone have contact information for their actual store in CA?
