Delicious Dish Tuesday – The Joy of Grilling

In our family we grill year round, no matter what the weather.  However we definitely spend more time grilling in the summer when we can enjoy dinner out on the patio.  While burgers are great and their are a ton of different varieties you can make – I also like to mix things up so that we don’t get burnt out on the same old grilled beef.

One of my favorite recipes is my Herb Grilled Shrimp over Orzo with Lemon Herb Feta.  If you have one of those fancy grills with a burner you can make this entire meal on the grill!

There were a ton of great grilling (and other 4th of July) recipes shared last week.  My favorite was the Grilled Pineapple recipe shared by Nicole at Some Call it Natural.    She even included a great picture tutorial on how to cut pineapple!
