I have been so exhausted lately (first trimester ends next week, so hopefully it will take the exhaustion with it) that cooking is really taking a back burner. Luckily, when I am in the mood to cook I always cook extra and freeze it. I also haven’t had a great appetite (hopefully that changes soon too) and pasta has really been my go-t0 meal. I always have pasta sauce like Garden Vegetable Pasta Sauce or a pan of Baked Penne and Meatballs on hand so that dinner doesn’t have to be a chore. Do you have any go to freezer meals?
My favorite recipe from last week is the banana bread recipe from Square Meals. She takes such a fun twist with a traditional recipe. I can’t wait to try it!!
