Delicious Dish Tuesday – Another use for Quinoa

Delicious Dish Tuesday is back!  Thank you for bearing with us as we took last week off.  I find that all too often I burn the candles at both ends.  I still had to deal with my hectic schedule at work last week, but I took the weekend off and just enjoyed my family!!

My favorite recipe from the previous link up was  the Bacon and Egg Bites from Go Graham Go.  I don’t eat eggs but my daughter loves them.  I am always looking for new ways to make them for her.  She loves anything that comes in bite sized portions, so I know she will love these.

Two weeks ago I featured Quinoa Burgers!  Quinoa is such a great addition to a healthy diet that I thought I would share another great recipe that utilizes this great.  This week I am sharing my Southwest Tuna Salad with Quinoa.
