My favorite recipe from last week is the Spinach Pesto shared by Mother Necessity. I love pesto and am always looking for new ways to make it.

The past few days our beautiful warm spring weather turned into windy, cold weather, and all I can think about is soup!  So I have decided to share with you my Slow Cooker French Onion Soup.  It is amazingly easy and tastes like you slaved over it all day long!
