Delicious Dish Tuesday – Vegetarian Chili

I can’t believe we have been hosting Delicious Dish Tuesday for almost 2 months now!  I love checking out all of the great recipes that are linked up each week.  I always find not only great ideas for meals to try but also great blogs to follow.  So please, continue to link up your delicious dishes each week.

My favorite sumbission from last week was the Slow Cooker Osso Bucco from Where Nothing Comes Easy.  I have never made Osso Bucco before because it just sounded so fancy, I figured it was hard to make.  I had no idea you could make it in the slow cooker!  Thank you Candice for showing me that it is actually something I could even make on a week night.

This week I am featuring my Won’t Miss the Meat Vegetarian Chili.   We have been having some really cold, windy days here in Colorado.  Anytime we have this weather I immediately begin to crave chili.  This recipe comes together so easily and is so full of flavor you can make it any night of the week and your whole family will love it.  Since it is vegetarian it would make the perfect Friday dinner during Lent.

  1. Thank you for hosting. This week I’ve linked my Corned Beef and Cabbage Casserole recipe. This simple, inexpensive dish makes a wonderful wintertime meal.

    • mmmmmmm…. I love corned beef and cabbage and it is getting close to the time of year when we can find great sales on the right cut of meat! :)
