Welcome to another Delicious Dish Tuesday, a blog hop for and about delicious food! Happy Valentines Day! I hope you and your loved ones had a wonderful day. My day started off with my husband sending me the most precious picture of my daughter that they took the night before and just ended with a fun filled hockey game which we won in a shoot out!
Thank you to everyone who links up their great recipes each week. I have really found some great ones to add to the recipe book. Last week I had two favorites. The Vegetable Curry from Aunt B on a Budget looks amazing, is a great way to use up the sampling of vegetables at the bottom of your crisper, and is a quick and easy weeknight meal! The Anti-June Cleaver shared her Jerk Pork Roast. What I really liked about this recipe is it is packed with flavor, but contains more mild jalapenos rather than habanero peppers making it kid friendly.
This week I am sharing my Slow Cooker Lasagna. I had always wondered if you could make lasagna in the slow cooker so that it could be a weeknight meal for busy working moms like myself. The answer was a big fat YES! This recipe was amazing!

Hello, it is my first time here. I Love knowing I can make this in my Crock Pot. I will be back as it is the easiest way for me to make dinner and I can always use new ways to cook dinner. So Thanks for offering this.
