My favorite delicious dish from last week is the Gluten Free/Grain Free Cinnamon Rolls. My mom was recently put on a gluten/soy/dairy/nut free diet and is mourning the loss of indulgent foods so I was so excited to find this recipe. With the substitution of coconut oil and milk she can actually eat these! Thanks Kelly!
This week I am sharing my Chicken, Pasta, and Chickpea Stew. We had it for dinner and it is such an amazingly comforting dish that is also very healthy.
