Menu Plan: Week of May 16

Sunday: Posole with Texas Caesar Salad

Monday: Chicken Fajitas and Chickpea Salad with Cilantro Dressing (recipe to come)

Tuesday: Pork and Noodle Salad (recipe to come)

Wednesday: Crockpot Broccoli Beef

Thursday: Paella

Friday: BBQ (beef burger for hubs, portabello burger for me)

Saturday/Sunday: not really planning meals for this weekend. Our first child is due on Monday the 24th and we just have a feeling she might decide to grace us with her presence a little early. If we are home over the weekend, we will just eat leftovers or make something simple out of the pantry.
