The goal this week is to cook completely from the pantry and freezer. I may have to buy a few produce ingredients (though I will try to only use what I have in the garden or frozen), but other than that, I don’t want to do ANY shopping this week.
Monday: Zesty Slow Cooker BBQ Beef Roast, I will freeze leftovers to make a BBQ Beef and Cornbread Casserole (based on this recipe)
Tuesday: Burgers (for the hubs)/Asian Ramen Noodle Salad (recipe to be posted later)
Wednesday: Taco Soup
Thursday: bar association golf tournament and dinner
Friday: Grilled Tri Tip (still looking for a good recipe if you have any suggestions)
Saturday: Chicken and pasta
