My garden is growing like crazy. I know I have said that many times, but every time I go outside to work in it, I am amazed! A High and Noble Calling is discussing fertilizer this week. I am definitely going to try the Epsom salt trick. I have been using the Miracle Grow Organic liquid fertilizer. It actually was more inexpensive than other fertilizers, and I am familiar with Miracle Grow results, so I thought I would try it out. Wow!

  1. Looks great. To trellis the cucumbers, I use bamboo sticks. I arrange three sticksthem into a tripod and tie the tops of the sticks together with twine or rope. Ideally, I plant a cucmber plant at the base of each stick. Next I train the cucumber vines up the sticks. Works great.
